For pre/post-spinning oiling of ES, PP and PET staple fibers and for spunbond nonwovens, providing stable single-use hydrophilicity.

W312 suits materials requiring baseline hydrophilic performance and stable processing. Apply it as an aqueous emulsion (0.5%-12%) through an oil pan, oil bath or spraying at a recommended add-on of 0.3%-0.5%; add-on is measured by cold solvent extraction with isopropanol. Confirm final process parameters through trials with your substrate, basis weight and line conditions.
