W327 is the go-to product for multi-use hydrophilic finishing of spunbond and SMS nonwovens. Apply it as an aqueous emulsion (5%-10%) through an oil pan, oil bath or spraying at a recommended add-on of 0.4%-0.8%. If solids precipitate below 10°C, warm the product to 30-40°C and mix well before emulsifying. We can run initial screening and provide process recommendations on your fabric using our trial platform.
